Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Next Technology Inc. ("we", "us") collects when you use FVG+AI, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
We collect your email address, a machine identifier, and basic usage records — that's essentially it. We never see your card number. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising, and we do not track you across other websites.
1What we collect
Information you give us. Your email address, entered at checkout or when claiming a free trial. Anything else you choose to put in a support email.
Information collected automatically.
- Machine identifier — the machine ID reported by your NinjaTrader installation. We store it to bind your API key to one computer and prevent key sharing. It does not identify you personally and we cannot use it to locate you.
- Usage records — your credit balance, the time of your most recent signal request, the identifier of the last signal delivered, and your account status.
- Server logs — IP address, timestamp, and request details, recorded by our web server for security and troubleshooting.
- Attribution value — see section 4.
What we never collect. We do not receive or store your card number, CVC, or bank details — those go directly to Stripe. We have no access to your brokerage account, your positions, your order history, or your P&L. The indicator does not transmit your trades to us.
2Why we use it
- To create your account, issue your API key, and deliver signals.
- To track your credit balance and tell you when it runs low.
- To send transactional email — your key, purchase confirmations, and service notices.
- To enforce the one-machine limit and detect key sharing.
- To provide support when you contact us.
- To keep the service secure and meet our legal and tax obligations.
We rely on your consent, given when you purchase or activate a key, and on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service.
3Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe collects your payment details directly and is an independent controller of that data.
- Amazon Web Services — hosting, database storage, and outbound email (Amazon SES).
- Cloudflare — email routing for our domain.
- Anthropic — the AI model that generates signal analysis. Market data is sent for analysis; your email address and machine ID are not.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Our Discord community is operated by Discord Inc. under its own privacy policy. Anything you post there is governed by Discord's terms, not this policy.
4Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party trackers.
Our website stores a single value in your browser's local storage recording how you first arrived — for example, the campaign or referring site. It is attached to your checkout so we can understand which channels bring people to us. It contains no personal information and is never combined with your identity. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings, with no effect on the service.
Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention. That page is Stripe's, and Stripe's privacy policy applies to it.
5Where your data is stored
Our infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States (us-east-1 region). If you are outside the United States, your information is transferred to and stored there, and may be accessible to US authorities under US law. By using the service you consent to this transfer.
6How long we keep it
We keep your account record while your key is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can honour top-ups and answer questions about past purchases. Transaction records are retained as long as tax and accounting law requires — generally seven years in Canada. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
If your email address bounces or you mark our email as spam, we add it to a suppression list and keep it there so we do not email you again.
7Security
Traffic to our site and API is encrypted with TLS. Access to our database is restricted by narrowly scoped credentials. API keys are bound to a single machine. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps proportionate to the sensitivity of what we hold.
8Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete your account and personal information;
- stop sending you non-essential email.
Email contact@fvgplusai.com and we will respond within 30 days. Note that deleting your account means forfeiting any remaining credits, and that we may need to retain transaction records to meet legal obligations.
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
9Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above will change, and we will notify you by email of any material change in how we handle your information.
