2. No Advisory Relationship — Advisory Information Only

FVG+AI is a technical signal-transmission tool. It analyzes publicly observable chart patterns (Fair Value Gaps) and renders a standardized GO, FADE, or NO-TRADE call — identical for every subscriber, not tailored to any individual's account, position, risk tolerance, or financial situation.

FVG+AI does not know your account size, existing positions, risk tolerance, or financial circumstances, and does not provide individualized trading advice of any kind. FVG+AI relies on the publisher's exemption under CFTC Rule 4.14(a)(9) and is not registered as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA).

3. No Automated Execution — You Are Always in Control

FVG+AI never has access to your brokerage account. It cannot place, modify, cancel, or close a single order on your behalf, under any circumstance.

• No broker connection of any kind
• No order placement, position sizing, stop management, or take-profit automation
• Nothing about your brokerage account is ever visible to FVG+AI
• Every trade you place is a decision you make and an order you type yourself, in your own trading platform, at your own discretion

Entry, stop, and target levels shown by FVG+AI reflect a single snapshot in time — the moment the Fair Value Gap formed. Price continues moving after that; these levels do not update or follow it. If you choose to act on a signal, managing the resulting position is entirely your responsibility.

4. Futures Trading Risk Disclosure

Futures and futures options trading contains substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all, or more than, their initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing one's financial security or lifestyle. 5. Hypothetical / Simulated Performance Disclaimer

FVG+AI's GO/FADE/NO-TRADE calls, entry timing, and reasoning are generated by a third-party large language model (Claude, by Anthropic) analyzing structural chart data. AI-generated analysis, like any analytical method, can be wrong, incomplete, or based on a misreading of the available data. FVG+AI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated call, and you should independently evaluate the reasoning shown before making any trading decision.

7. Market Data Disclaimer

Signals are generated from market data believed to be reliable but not warranted as accurate, complete, or timely. Data feed interruptions, latency, or errors can occur. FVG+AI is not responsible for trading decisions made in reliance on delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate data.

8. Testimonials Disclaimer

Any testimonials, reviews, or results shared on this website, in marketing materials, on social media, or in our Discord community may not be representative of the experience of other subscribers and are not a guarantee of future performance or success.
